His artistic flair soon met his passion for desserts and chocolate, which over time he learnt to shape and reinvent over time thanks to his training and creative talent. Italian Pastry Champion in 2005, twice third at the World Championships in Luxembourg, Francesco has now set up his own artisan chocolate and pastry workshop, where he experiments and creates delicious desserts. His research focuses on enhancing the purity of flavours.

2. a chocolate bar (personalised with dried fruit, candied fruit and spices)
The chocolate making class is suitable for people with celiac disease, as no wheat derivatives are processed in the workshop for the sake of quality and lightness of all the products, and it can be adapted for people with lactose intolerance and vegans

Francesco will welcome you into his artisan chocolate and pastry workshop, where he brings his delicate and delicious creations to life. The uncluttered style and soft but firm tones reflect Francesco’s personality and enhance the infinite shapes and colours of his chocolates.
At the start of the chocolate making class, Francesco will tell you about his journey as a pastry chef and introduce you to the world of quality chocolate, revealing the secrets of good handmade chocolate. He will then show you the ingredients that you will use together to make chocolate, preparing you for an unforgettable multi-sensory journey.
Now in the middle of the chocolate making experience, Francesco will guide you through the preparation of a chocolate bar (which you can garnish with ingredients of your choice such as dried fruit, candied fruit and spices) or a chocolate egg (in which you can insert a personal message). You will be using high quality chocolate with 72% pure cocoa, suitable for people with celiac disease, lactose intolerance and vegans. You will learn a recipe that you can repeat at home.
While waiting during the chocolate processing, you will be able to taste a selection of fine products handmade by Francesco in his workshop. You will thus have time to chat with Francesco and ask him all the questions you want to learn more about his story as a pastry chef and chocolatier.
