Bound by a long friendship and a strong complicity, during the lockdown of 2020, after years of working in their respective family businesses, they began to fantasise and decided to start a new project together, the result of their creativity alone. This is how, after much study and research, their distillery was born, starting with a premium Gin with a strong personality, carrying the scents and flavours of their homeland. Today, they have become an established brand, standing for quality in the world of craft spirits.

Angela and Fabia will welcome you to their distillery, which they call the “House of Gin”, located in a historic noble residence in Gravina in Puglia. This is where the first London Dry Gin, made entirely in Puglia, was born, using a steam-powered alembic still, made by Florentine artisans from copper – a faithful reproduction of the old English and Dutch stills.
At the beginning of the Gin experience, Angela and Fabia will tell you about their journey as master distillers and introduce you to the world of Gin. They will explain how, after personally harvesting the botanicals in the nearby Alta Murgia National Park, they dry them and transform them into spirits, which they bottle and package themselves.
Getting to the heart of the live Gin distillation experience, Angela and Fabia will guide you through the making of a Gin. First, they will let you appreciate the olfactory and visual differences of the botanicals hand-picked from from neighbouring areas. Then, using a small professional copper still and your choice of botanicals, you will experience a London Dry Gin distillation in real time.
At the end of the Gin experience, you will taste some of the delicious Gins and Amaro liqueurs produced by Angela and Fabia in their distillery and prepare a Gin Tonic Cocktail to be enjoyed with a light Apulian aperitif. During the Gin tasting, you will have time to chat with Angela and Fabia and ask them all the questions you want to learn more about their story as master distillers.

Fantastic experience distilling gin together with Fabia, Angela and the Loliv team! I really appreciated the care and enthusiasm conveyed in the afternoon spent together. Trying to distil gin was an unforgettable experience. You have the opportunity to choose the aromas with which to make the gin and watch the distillation from the first to the last drop, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the whole process. Then the final tasting of their gin was excellent. Super recommended!
