In his hands‑on cooking classes he blends chef‑level precision with family traditions, revealing the stories and techniques behind Puglia’s most loved dishes. This Bari cooking class unfolds inside an urban food lab where innovation meets tradition – a local hub for real food lovers that doubles as a stylish bar with curated design touches. Giuliano will welcome you with a warm smile amid pans, flour and seasonal aromas.

He will open with his journey from Michelin kitchens around the globe back to his Apulian roots, then present the chosen menu and market‑fresh produce: local flours, garden vegetables, cheeses and herbs that speak of the land.

Hands on. Depending on your menu, you’ll knead focaccia dough, shape orecchiette, fold panzerotti or master other classics. The chef will guide each step, sharing tips and tailoring the pace to every guest.

When the scent of freshly cooked dishes fills the room, it’ll be time to sit, toast and savour. Your hands‑on cooking class transforms into a convivial lunch: ask Giuliano anything, swap stories and soak up inspiration.

You’ll leave with new skills, recipes and the authentic taste of Puglia still on your palate.

Cucinare insieme allo chef Gigi e Loliv è stata un’esperienza fantastica! Abbiamo preparato due piatti tradizionali: focaccia barese e riso, patate e cozze partendo da zero e utilizzando ingredienti locali e di qualità. Gigi è una persona squisita e affascinante e ci ha spiegato tutto quello che c’è da sapere sulla scelta degli ingredienti, i dettagli della preparazione, i tempi giusti e anche qualche “segreto”. È uno chef di grande esperienza e grazie alla sua passione ci ha fatto apprezzare la cucina pugliese. Inutile dire che gustare i piatti che abbiamo preparato insieme appena sfornati, è stato meraviglioso e assolutamente delizioso, vivamente da consigliare.
